Task 1
Read through the following scenario.

Answer the questions at the end.
Aliens have arrived on Earth.
They start rounding up some of our children and you are one of them.
They are more intelligent than us, and they think we are cute, but we have been unable to communicate with them.
You find it very difficult to communicate with each other.
It turns out the other humans have been there for awhile already.
The aliens take you our for awhile each day and seem to try to tell you to do something but you rally struggle to understand what they want
When you are returned to your room you get fed some rice but you are still hungry.
The other humans get very angry with you and start beating you up, you don't understand why.
Eventually you realise what the aliens are trying to get you to do.
Now that you have been trained you are led into the arena 8 times a day and in front of alien audiences you perform a dance routine.
When you are not performing you are locked into a very small room with the other humans. Sometimes they never turn the lights on for you.
You are taken to a very small room in a house on their home planet where you discover that you are sharing the house with other humans from Malawi, Singapore, India and Russia.
